Volunteers at the 2003 Kids Count Expo measure children for the appropriate
sized helmets. Bicycle helmets were provided at no charge by VanDerGinst
Law's "Hard Headed Kids" program to the first 500 children each
day at the 2003 WQAD Kids Count Expo.
